On December 16, 2021, Zhejiang Liming's first TBP project presentation came to an end, a total of 16 works took part in the competition. 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third
prizes and 6 outstanding prizes were awarded in the presentation.
TBP is the abbreviation of Toyota Work Method. In Toyota, TBP is the work method to practice the Toyota Way in daily work, and it is the problem solving method with "ten
basic consciousnesses" as the core guidance. Through TBP activities, all employees have mastered this problem solving method and are able to practice it in their daily work,
improving problem identification and problem solving skills.
