Founded in 2014, Xiamen Justsun Venture Investment Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Xiamen Justsun Group that operates and manages the project of Justsun Supply Chain Logistics Base. Xiamen-based supply chain intelligent logistics base of Justsun Group covers an area of 190,000m2 and floor space of 230,000m2, with total investment of 500million RMB, is the key logistics projects both in Xiamen and Fujian. The project is a comprehensive supply chain logistics ecopark characterized by “IOT + e-commerce + supply chain finance + cross-border trade. The first phase of the project with a floor area of 47,000 square meters was completed, accepted and put into service at the end of 2016. The occupancy rate has reached 100%. Construction of the second phase was commenced at the end of September 2017. Its rooftop work is expected to be completed at the end of 2018.
